New Orleans progress

Under the most adverse circumstances we are making steady progress. Last week two United nations officials declared that it was racially discriminatory to tear down our post World War II projects - those dilapidated, rat-infested brick buildings that were unfit for human habitation even before Katrina. Now mind you, these United Nations people have not visited New Orleans or laid eyes on those project buildings, but they think that instead of building new mixed use housing units we should re-introduce the evacuees to those squalid conditions.
